The St. Tammany Parish Hospital Covington Surgery Center is an off-site outpatient surgery center and a department of the hospital. Conveniently located across the street from the main hospital building, Covington Surgery Center is the top floor of the Charles A. Frederick Medical Office Complex at the corner of 10th and Tyler. CSC provides a convenient location for surgeons and their patients to schedule outpatient surgeries.
