Cancerfit: Where Healing Begins Excercise & Wellness
Description:Get a personalized consultation to evaluate current physical status and set goals for what you want to accomplish.  Implement activity in a supervised environment based on your individual capabilities over an 8 week period (twice per week).  Learn about health and wellness topics at each session.  See measurable results on completion.  A collaborative effort with the West St. Tammany YMCA.  Learn more about this new program proven to reduce the side effects of cancer and treatment while building strength, energy and endurance.

Tuesdays/Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
