STPH Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Moving to STPH Outpatient Pavilion
COVINGTON, LA- On Feb. 9, St. Tammany Parish Hospital will relocate cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation from the STPH Tchefuncte Building to the STPH Paul D. Cordes Outpatient Pavilion, 16300 Highway 1085, Covington. The contact information will remain unchanged: (985) 898-3750 phone and (985) 898-3771 fax.
Patients receiving the following types of care will visit the Cordes Pavilion for services beginning Feb. 9: cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, echocardiogram, electrocardiogram (EKG) and Holter monitoring services and the Coumadin, pacemaker/ implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) and Dr. Stopa clinics.
The cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation departments will be closed Feb. 6 and 8 to complete the move.
