The St. Tammany Parish Hospital Community Wellness Center is a partnership among the hospital, St. Tammany Parish and the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals to provide services typically found in state health units. It provides convenient one-stop care for:
WIC (Women, Infants Children)
Immunizations
KidMed
Medicaid Application
Women's Health Services
CWC hosts the STPH Cancer Resource Center and Mary Bird Perkins annual breast and prostate cancer screenings and sponsors monthly classes for breastfeeding mothers, first Fridays at 11 am with a certified lactation consultant.
