Our Laboratory is staffed with board certified Pathologists, licensed Medical Technologists and Technicians, and experienced Phlebotomists to serve your needs seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We are accredited by the Joint Commission and the American Association of Blood Banks. If you have any questions you may reach us at 985-898-4417. Our business office hours are M-F, 8 am to 5:30 pm.
Outpatient Draw Sites
If your physician gives you orders for blood work please visit one of our outpatient draw stations located at the Paul D. Cordes Outpatient Pavilion, St. Tammany Physicians Network in Mandeville or Family Medical Clinic in Franklinton. All outpatient blood work requires a signed order from a Louisiana licensed physician. Results of your lab work will be forwarded to the ordering physician. If you require a copy of your laboratory results please contact Health Information Management, Release of Information Department at 985-898-4116.
The Paul D. Cordes Outpatient Pavilion is located at 16300 Hwy 1085 in Covington. The hours of operation are 7 am to 6 pm M-F and 7 am to 11 am on Saturday. The St. Tammany Physicians Network is located at 211 St. Ann St. in Mandeville, Suite B. Hours of operation are M-F, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Appointments are recommended, but not required. To schedule an appointment or if you have any questions please call 985-612-2116.
The Family Medical Clinic is located at 711 Riverside Drive in Franklinton. Hours of operation are M-F, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Appointments are recommended, but not required. To schedule an appointment or if you have any questions please call 985-839-9895.
